15.07.2011- Weekend Wishes

Long time no see! I'm so so sorry I haven't posted in nearly a week, I've just been so busy (and really tired!) this week so haven't had much time to blog. I hope you've all had lovely weeks and are enjoying the Harry Potter hype as much as I am- I'm off to see it on Sunday evening and am so excited. I'm also noticing some AW11 pieces making an appearance in stores at the moment, so although I can't bring myself to wave goodbye to the summer just yet, my wish for this weekend would be to get my hands on these gorgeous outfits for next season, as modelled by Coco Rocha for ELLE UK's August issue:

What do you think of the looks Coco is modelling? Are you impressed? And what have you got planned for the weekend?

04.09.2010- Get on your dancing shoes...

Apologies in advance for how image heavy this post is, but after seeing Coco Rocha in The Word Girl for the 25th anniversary issue of ELLE, I couldn't resist posting the pictures here. Shot by David Vasiljevic, this shoot is the biggest in British ELLE's history and features Rocha modeliing twenty five iconic wardrobe essentials:

Such a stunning shoot, and Coco brings such an emotive quality of expression to every frame, making it impossible not to be completely swept away with the magic of it all. Whoever thought up this idea is a genius. What do you think? And which of the twenty five pieces modelled by Coco would you love to have in your wardrobe?

04.01.2010- Natalie Portman for ELLE UK February 2010 by David Slijper

I picked up the latest issue of ELLE at the weekend, and, as well as the accompanying guide to Spring/Summer trends, the issue also features a stunning editorial and really endearing interview with Natalie Portman.

I love the way that she has been styled here, the final shot of her in profile is exquisite.
