15.06.2010- Magnificent Obsession

The July issue of US Vogue picks up on the 1950's flavour of the Fall 2010 collections in Peter Lindbergh's Magnificent Obsession, featuring Natalia Vodianova and Ewan McGregor. Styled by the ever amazing Grace Coddington, the editorial features the work of Dior, Prada, Lanvin and Dries Van Noten, amongst others. I adore the cinematic feel and the narrative of the piece, as Natalia goes from full skirted housewife to denim sporting rebel without a cause in the space of twelve pages.

Natalia has such a beautifully emotive face, her expressions really bring the story of the editorial to life. And Mr McGregor looks very handsome in his suit, no?
